How It Works
Precision has a process.
Three systems working together. Here is exactly what happens when you use Sero.

The Problem
The problem isn't your serum.
Most scalp serums are effective formulas applied ineffectively. Droppers, fingers, and brush applicators deposit product on hair shafts — not on the scalp surface where follicles live. Your serum never arrives.
Without Sero
- Serum absorbed by hair shafts
- Inconsistent dosage per application
- Product wasted before reaching scalp
With Sero
- Direct delivery through hair to scalp
- 1ml precision per press, every time
- Zero formula lost to hair shafts
How To Use
Four steps. Every morning.
Fill
Remove the reservoir cap and fill with your chosen scalp serum. The 6ml chamber holds approximately one week of daily applications.
Compatible with any water-based serum.
Part
Part your hair at the area you want to treat. Press the applicator flat against the scalp surface — pins should make contact directly with skin.
Work section by section for full coverage.
Press
Press once to dispense exactly 1ml of serum directly at the scalp. Red light and vibration activate automatically on contact.
1ml per press. No guesswork.
Absorb
Vibration drives serum into the scalp surface while red light stimulates the follicle environment. No rubbing, no mess, no waste.
Takes approximately 60 seconds per section.
The Technology
Three systems. One precise delivery.
Precision Delivery
A multi-pin stainless steel array delivers serum directly through the hair to the scalp surface. 1ml per press. 6ml reservoir. No formula lost to hair shafts.
Red Light Activation
625nm wavelength is a clinically studied frequency for scalp cell stimulation. Applied at the point of serum delivery for compounded effect.
Vibration Absorption
10,000 pulses per minute increase local microcirculation and enhance active ingredient uptake at the scalp surface.
Questions
Common questions.
Does Sero work with any scalp serum?
Yes. Sero is compatible with any water-based scalp serum, including rosemary oil formulas, biotin serums, caffeine treatments, and most topical hair growth products. We recommend avoiding thick oil-based balms or very viscous formulas as these may not flow freely through the reservoir system.
How often should I use Sero?
Daily use produces the most consistent results. Most scalp serums are formulated for daily or once-daily application — Sero simply ensures each application actually reaches the scalp. Use it as part of your existing morning or evening routine.
Is the red light safe for daily use?
Yes. 625nm red light is a low-level, non-thermal wavelength that has been studied extensively for scalp and skin applications. It does not heat tissue and is safe for daily use at the exposure levels Sero delivers during a standard application session.
How long until I see results?
Scalp health improvements are cumulative. Most users notice improved scalp condition — reduced dryness, better absorption feel — within the first two weeks of consistent use. Results related to hair density or growth depend on the serum formula used and individual physiology. We recommend a minimum of 30 days of daily use to assess your personal response.
How do I clean Sero?
Empty the reservoir fully and rinse with warm water between formula changes. Use the included cleaning brush to clear any residue from the pin array after each use. The stainless steel pin array can also be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Sero is IPX5 water resistant — the applicator head can be rinsed directly under running water. Do not submerge the device body.
Will Sero work on thick or dense hair?
Yes. The multi-pin array is designed to part through hair and make direct contact with the scalp regardless of hair density or texture. For very thick or coily hair, parting into smaller sections before application gives the best scalp contact and most even serum distribution.
What is the battery life?
Sero charges via USB-C and holds a charge for approximately 30 days of daily use. A full charge takes around 90 minutes. The device will indicate low battery via a slow indicator light. We recommend charging once a month as part of your routine.
