Orders are processed within 1โ2 business days of purchase. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5โ7 business days depending on your location.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During high-demand periods processing may take up to 2 business days.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Use this to monitor your delivery status through the carrier's website.
Delivery delays
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide. Sero is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at team@seroscalp.com and we will investigate immediately.

Damaged or lost orders
